Temperature controlled. Destination considered.
Cold-chain shipping and import coordination are part of the order, not an afterthought. We match the pack-out and documentation to your product and destination market.

03
Import & delivery
We coordinate the import role and supporting paperwork, including US bonded Importer of Record, FDA initial importer coordination and UK/EU IOR services.
Product- and market-specific documentation
Typical temperature and duration figures are a starting point, not a guarantee for every shipment. Regulatory status depends on the product, intended use and destination. Buyers remain responsible for compliance in their own jurisdiction.
Plan the shipment before the pack-out.
01
Product brief
Share the actual temperature limits, payload weight and dimensions, and the storage requirements provided for the goods.
02
Lane & paperwork
Name the receiving country and business, intended delivery window and requested importer scope. We review the lane and document requirements with the enquiry.
03
Agree the handover
Confirm pack-out specification, freight scope and receiving arrangements with the quotation. Monitoring, delays and exception handling must be agreed for the shipment.
Cold-chain requirements
A pack-out is only useful when it fits the payload and journey. Read the information needed for a lane-specific quotation.
