Cold-chain pack-out & freight
Temperature-controlled freight for products that cannot leave their specified range. For 2–8 °C enquiries, we match PCM shipper specifications and pack-out to the shipment size and transit lane.
- Typical starting point
- 2–8 °C / PCM / 48–96 h typical
- Indicative MOQ
- Per shipment
01 / Requirements
Assess the lane
Destination, expected transit duration and receiving arrangements shape the pack-out. A lane-specific viability check comes before a freight commitment.
- Origin, destination and shipment dimensions
- Product temperature range and transit requirements
- Receiving window and delivery arrangements
02 / Requirements
Match the pack-out
Validated PCM shipper specifications are selected around the product and lane. Typical 48–96-hour specifications are a starting point, not a universal shipment guarantee.
- Agree payload size and pack-out requirements
- Review the applicable validation specification
- Confirm monitoring and receiving requirements
03 / Requirements
Coordinate delivery
Air freight enquiries cover the US, UK, EU and GCC. The import plan, shipment documents and delivery arrangements need to be coordinated with the temperature-sensitive journey.
- Destination-specific import planning
- Quoted freight and lead time
- Agree the receiving and handover requirements
Transit duration, monitoring, exception handling and liability must be agreed for the shipment. An indicative temperature range or shipper duration is not a guarantee for an unspecified payload or route.
